Open Book Approach

We are involved in lump sum, competitively bid projects, and this approach has allowed us a high success rate. However, our true value is being selected as the owner’s contractor very early in the process and becoming an integral part of the project team. We provide a highly detailed method of bidding a project with a pre-approved list of subcontractors. These bids are tabulated and reviewed in an open-book format with our clients. This allows ICC to achieve the best price in the marketplace, with no hidden numbers.
